When this email comes through, be sure to check that the details of your exam are correct. If you can’t find the email, please check your junk and spam folders.
If you’re taking your SELT exam at a Trinity test centre, then it’s important to make sure you follow these instructions so everything goes smoothly on the day of your test:
You won't be able to take any personal items into the exam room with you. This includes mobile phones, bags and headwear (unless worn for religious reasons). There will be lockers available at the test centre to store your belongings if you are not able to leave them at home.
Provisional GESE results are sent by email by 9am the day after your exam and you will be sent a link to access your digital certificate by email within 4-7 days of your exam date.

If you fail your SELT test, you will have to book and pay for another test.
If you booked your SELT test through another provider, then you may have to pay to book another test. You will need a pass on your SELT exam to be eligible to apply for either a work visa, study visa or family visa.
We know that sometimes things get in the way, and the original exam date booked may later not be suitable for you. If this is the case, ring the Trinity SELT Customer Service number on 0333 358 3183 to reschedule. Please note an admin fee may apply.
